Terms and Condition DANOLIEVENTS RENTAL EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER

1. AGE REQUIREMENT

The Renter affirms that they are at least 18 years of age at the time of signing this Agreement. Proof of age may be required upon request.

2. EQUIPMENT RENTAL

The Company agrees to rent to the Renter the equipment described on the order and the day requested on the order.

3. RESPONSIBILITY FOR EQUIPMENT

The Renter accepts full responsibility for the safe use, handling, transportation, and storage of the Equipment during the rental period. The Renter agrees to return the Equipment in the same condition as received excluding normal wear and tear. If the Equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged (excluding reasonable wear and tear), the Renter agrees to reimburse the Company for the full cost of repair or replacement at current market value.

4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & WAIVER OF LIABILITY

The Renter acknowledges that the use of the Equipment may involve inherent risks that could result in injury,disability, or death. The Renter voluntarily assumes all risks related to the use, transportation, setup, or dismantling of the Equipment.

By Agreeing this Agreement, the Renter releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless DanoliEvents Rentals, its owners, agents, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability for any injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property that may arise from the use of the Equipment. This waiver applies even if such injuries or damages are caused in whole or in part by the negligence or fault of the Company.

5. INDEMNIFICATION

The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DanoliEvents Rentals from any and all claims, actions, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or resulting from the Renter's use or misuse of the Equipment.

6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understanding or representation. No oral modifications shall be binding unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

7. DEPOSIT TERMS

To secure the rental equipment, the Renter agrees to pay a security deposit as specified at the time of booking. The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 business days after the Equipment is returned clean, undamaged, and in good working condition, subject to inspection by DanoliEvents Rentals. Any deductions for cleaning, damage, or loss will be itemized and deducted from the deposit.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

The Renter may cancel the reservation up to one (1) week prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date with no penalty. Cancellations made within one (1) week of the scheduled pickup or delivery date will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total rental amount. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to full charges at the discretion of DanoliEvents Rentals.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario.
